Student Rabbit was seeking a redesign to their current site www.studentrabbit.com to create a better user flow making it easier for students exchange textbooks. Student Rabbit also wanted to increase their brand success by strongly marketing their unique product offering: Save money by safely exchanging textbooks with students on your campus.
I worked on a team of five students from Scout, Northeastern's student-lead design firm, to rebrand and redesign studentrabbit.com. I helped lead the rebrand by developing a new color scheme, logo and style guide as well as Facebook ads and email templates. Once branding was complete, I helped a team of designers to improve the UI/UX of the site, which included simplifying the process of exchanging textbooks. I also helped create the high fidelity mockups that we presented to the client to be approved for development. I was given the chance to write the code for a small portion of the site, which was a great learning experience.
